1. Podmínky zrušení účasti

1.1. Workshopy s kurzovným do 7.500 Kč (300 €)

Zrušení před ukončením termínu pro „early bird“ cenu
Pokud účastník zruší svou účast před uplynutím termínu pro zvýhodněnou „early bird“ cenu, bude mu vráceno celé kurzovné, a to po odečtení administrativního poplatku 500 Kč (20 €).
Zrušení po ukončení termínu pro „early bird“ cenu
Při zrušení účasti po tomto termínu je 50% záloha na workshop nevratná. Zbytek kurzovného (tj. částka nad rámec 50% zálohy) bude vrácen na účet účastníka.

Účastník má možnost zajistit si náhradníka, který není na akci zatím přihlášen, a který převezme jeho místo. Tuto změnu je třeba oznámit předem. Administrativní poplatek za převedení kurzovného na náhradníka činí 500 Kč (20 €).
Zrušení méně než 5 dní před začátkem akce nebo během akce
Pokud účastník zruší svou účast méně než 5 dní před začátkem akce, během ní nebo po jejím skončení (ať už z jakéhokoli důvodu, včetně nečekaných situací jako nemoc nebo rodinné záležitosti), je kurzovné v plné výši nevratné a nelze jej převést na jinou akci.

1.2. Fénix Retreat a workshopy s kurzovným nad 7.500 Kč

Pokud účastník zruší svou účast po uplynutí termínu pro zvýhodněnou „early bird“ cenu, bude mu vráceno celé kurzovné, a to po odečtení administrativního poplatku 300€.

Zrušení méně než 30 dní před začátkem akce nebo během akce
Pokud účastník zruší svou účast méně než 30 dní před začátkem akce, během ní nebo po jejím skončení (ať už z jakéhokoli důvodu, včetně nečekaných situací jako nemoc nebo rodinné záležitosti), je kurzovné v plné výši nevratné a nelze jej převést na jinou akci.

2. Náklady spojené se zrušením akce

Vynaložíme veškeré úsilí na dodržení všech avizovaných ujednání ohledně dílny a průběhu jejího konání. Vyhrazujeme si však právo tyto podmínky upravit nebo změnit, pokud by to bylo nezbytné. V případě zrušení akce vrátíme účastníkovi plnou platbu kurzovného zpět.
Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za žádné výdaje účastníka vzniklé v souvislosti se zrušením akce.

3. Odpovědnost účastníka

Účastník se dílny účastní plně na svou zodpovědnost. Organizátoři nenesou zodpovědnost za fyzické či psychické újmy a materiální škody (např. ztráty hmotných věcí či cenností), které se mohou účastníkovi v průběhu dílny přihodit.

4. Ochrana soukromí

Veškeré osobní údaje uvedené v přihlášce budou sloužit pouze pro potřeby organizátora akce. V žádném případě údaje neposkytujeme třetím stranám.

1.1. Workshops with Tuition up to 7,500 Kč (300 €)

Cancellation before the „early bird“ deadline
If a participant cancels their registration before the „early bird“ deadline, the full tuition will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 500 Kč (20 €).
Cancellation after the „early bird“ deadline
If a participant cancels after the „early bird“ deadline, the 50% workshop deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the tuition (i.e., the amount exceeding the 50% deposit) will be refunded to the participant’s account.
Participants may transfer their spot to a substitute who is not already registered for the event. This change must be communicated in advance. An administrative fee of 500 Kč (20 €) applies for transferring the tuition to a substitute.
Cancellation less than 5 days before the event or during the event
If a participant cancels less than 5 days before the event, during the event, or after it has concluded (regardless of the reason, including unexpected situations such as illness or family emergencies), the full tuition is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.

2. Costs Related to Event Cancellation

We will make every effort to honor all advertised agreements regarding the workshop and its organization. However, we reserve the right to adjust or change these terms if necessary. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.
The organizer is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants due to the cancellation.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participation in the workshop is entirely at the participant’s own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any physical or psychological harm or material damage (e.g., loss of belongings or valuables) that may occur during the workshop.

4. Privacy Protection

All personal information provided in the registration form will be used solely for the organizer’s purposes. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties.
